Nei vigneti Mastro di Baglio, coltivati senza irrigazione, non si fa uso di diserbanti chimici o fitofarmaci di sintesi, basta soltanto un po’ di zolfo e verderame (limitati a 2/3 trattamenti per anno).
La tutela della biodiversità, il rapporto empatico con le nostre terre e la conoscenza delle nostre vigne, una per una, sono la nostra forza.

In our vineyards we use no irrigation, no chemical herbicides or synthetic plant protection, only sulphur and copper fungicide (limited to two or three treatments per year). Protection of biodiversity, an empathic relationship with our land and the intimate knowledge of our vineyards one by one, are the factor that go into the creation of a great wine.
